Paranormal Activity 3 Blu-ray Steelbook

Media Mart in Germany will be releasing, as an exclusive, the Paranormal Activity 3 Blu-ray Steelbook on March 8, 2012. The current artwork looks very unique with the Steelbook designed to look like a VHS tape. This will make for a very unique piece in any collector’s collection. The price is currently set as 25€, but stores tend to vary a bit so it may be a bit more or less than that price come release date depending on which Media Markt store in Germany you go to.

In Time Steelbook

Germany’s Media Markt will be releasing exclusively the In Time Blu-ray Steelbook. Based off of the current artwork (may not be final), it appears to be a BD + DVD combo release. I have no comment on the movie as I have not seen it, but the Steelbook itself is pretty nice, be sure look for it when it is released on March 30th, 2012 if you are interested.

Media Markt Steelbook wave

A huge wave of Media Markt exclusive Blu-ray Steelbooks is coming out tomorrow (January 19, 2012)! Below are the titles that has been said to be part of this wave of releases, some are saying there may be even more but that has yet to be confirmed:

Surprisingly enough, the artwork for these releases has not been unveiled yet. I will be updating this news article once the first photos of the releases surface. It is kind of fun to have the artwork unveiled during release day though, since most artwork these days are unveiled at least a week or two ahead of the scheduled release date (in some cases even months ahead).

UPDATE: Artwork has been confirmed to be different from what I posted earlier, so I have updated the top of this post with the final artwork (courtesy of Masterblaster). There are also quite a few reprinted covers from previous Steelbook releases (Kick-ass, Gladiator, etc.).

The Expendables Extended Cut Steelbook

Media Markt will be releasing exclusively The Expendables Extended Cut Blu-ray Steelbook on February 24, 2012 for 12.90 Euros (prices may vary by store).
