Looks like another release of Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 is hitting Spain. There is no information on art or price but the release date is March 9th, 2012. We’ll post more info as it comes in.

Maybe this will pave the way for the rest of the Mission:iImpossible movies on steelbook. Ghost Protocol is currently €29.99 EUR or $39.40 USD before shipping. It will be a triple play with the Blu-ray, DVD, and digital copy. It has a release date of April 18th, 2012 and no artwork yet. More info to come!

UPDATE (Feb. 3, 2012): This wave of Steelbooks has been confirmed to feature horizontal lanscape oriented artwork and won’t have any inner artwork.

Play.com has just put up early listings for a wave of Universal 100th Anniversary Edition Steelbooks. This is very early news and there is no confirmed artwork, release date, or price yet at this time. More news and update on these in the near future as more detail emerges.

In keeping with previous releases, Best Buy is releasing the next chapter in the Twilight series as a steelbook. The Exclusive Edition Steelbook of Breaking Dawn Part 1 is possibly a G1 according to the stock photo. Set for release February 11th, 2012 with a preorder price of $29.99 . Real Steel is getting an additional release, now in the Netherlands. The artwork available on this is very Fittkng for the film. It has a release date of March 13th 2012. Pricing before shipping is €22.99 EUR or $30.18 USD.

Future Shop in Canada will be offering the exclusive Prototype 2 Steelbook for those who pre-order the game at the retailer. It will come in two sizes, G1 (Xbox 360 and PC) and G2 (PS3). The game is scheduled to come out on April 24, 2012 currently, and the Steelbook will ship with the game at that time. You can also pre-order the game in-stores and pickup the Steelbook along with the game (assuming this release works the same as all the previous releases).

Hop Blu-ray Steelbook Future Shop Exclusive announced for release in Canada

Hop is one of the few cute easter movies that are good. E.B. is voiced by Russell Brand, so that says something. It is a FutureShop Exclusive. No information on price yet but it will be a ComboPack with the Blu-ray and DVD. It has a release date of March 23rd, 2012 and no artwork yet. More info to come!
